Reducing Hiring Costs

JobsNow helps employers reduce hiring costs by amplifying the visibility of open positions through targeted marketing and media exposure. This program is free for Chamber members, with all promotional costs covered, helping companies reach qualified candidates more quickly while reducing the time, effort and expense associated with extended recruitment efforts.

Attracting Talent

Attracting qualified and capable human capital to the Valley is often difficult for many employers in the community. We can help encourage out-of-area applicants to move to the Valley in order to fulfill the workforce demands of Chamber-member businesses.
