Part 2: Find the Workflow. Build the Advantage.
The second session is not about collecting more AI tips. It is about finding the expensive, repetitive, or frustrating work inside your business and determining how Copilot can help improve it.
Nate will work through real workflows submitted by attendees and demonstrate how a single prompt can become a repeatable process for an individual, a department, or an entire company.
The session will be interactive and example-driven. Attendees can ask questions, prompt live, test use cases, and explore where Copilot can save time, improve consistency, or surface information that is currently being missed.

We will explore how to use Copilot to:
  • Get invoices paid faster: Review overdue accounts, draft personalized follow-ups, identify missing information, and create a consistent collection sequence.
  • Detect unusual activity in business data: Analyze sales, expenses, inventory, service tickets, or operational reports to identify anomalies and changes that deserve attention.
  • Conduct real estate comps research: Organize available property and market data, compare relevant characteristics, summarize differences, and prepare a first-pass analysis for professional review.
  • Prepare for client renewals: Summarize account history, open issues, results, risks, and potential opportunities before the next insurance, financial services, or customer review.
  • Respond to leads faster: Turn form submissions, meeting notes, or customer inquiries into personalized follow-up messages and recommended next actions.
  • Build stronger proposals: Convert discovery notes into a structured proposal, scope of work, timeline, assumptions, and questions that still need to be answered.
  • Find the story inside a spreadsheet: Identify trends, outliers, declining performance, missed targets, and the questions leadership should be asking.
  • Reduce repetitive customer service work: Turn common questions, past responses, and company policies into consistent draft replies and internal reference material.
  • Create procedures before knowledge walks out the door: Convert employee notes, recordings, or demonstrations into documented workflows, checklists, and training materials.
  • Improve hiring and onboarding: Draft job descriptions, compare candidate information, build interview questions, and create role-specific onboarding plans.
  • Turn customer feedback into decisions: Analyze reviews, surveys, emails, or service notes to identify recurring complaints, requests, and opportunities.
  • Prepare for meetings in minutes: Summarize relevant documents, surface unresolved issues, create an agenda, and suggest the decisions that need to be made.
  • Repurpose work that already exists: Turn one presentation, article, meeting, or company update into customer emails, social posts, FAQs, training materials, and sales enablement content.
  • Create shared workflows for the team: Turn successful prompts into reusable templates so good results are not dependent on one employee knowing the right words to type.
  • Prioritize where to begin: Evaluate potential use cases based on time saved, business impact, data readiness, risk, and ease of implementation.
Participants will leave with at least one business workflow they can begin improving immediately, along with a practical approach for turning successful Copilot experiments into repeatable ways of working.
