Salute to Business

Join us for the annual Salute to Business breakfast as we celebrate the leaders, businesses and organizations helping move the Valley forward. 

The program will feature Ryan Augsburger, president of the Ohio Manufacturers’ Association, a highly regarded industry trade organization whose work gives him valuable perspective on the state of manufacturing, the impact of data center growth and Ohio’s evolving energy landscape. 

Also part of the program will be a Q&A with Augsburger and Mark Lamoncha, CEO of Humtown, on manufacturing, entrepreneurship and business growth. The Chamber also will present Lamoncha with a special recognition honoring his selection by the U.S. Small Business Administration as its 2026 National Small Business Person of the Year. 

The breakfast also will honor recipients of the Chamber’s annual Salute to Business awards: 

• Business Professional of the Year — Presented to a Valley business owner whose leadership has played a vital role in their company’s success, growth and community presence.  

• Business Advocate of the Year — Presented to an individual or organization that has advanced or supported business development in the Valley.  

• Nonprofit Professional of the Year — Presented to a nonprofit leader who demonstrates strong leadership, innovation and community collaboration.  

• Small Business Professional of the Year — Presented to a small business leader who demonstrates strong leadership, customer service and commitment to the community.
