YSU Student-Athlete Career & Networking Day

The Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber, in partnership with Youngstown State University Athletics, invites employers to participate in the YSU Student-Athlete Career & Networking Day—a targeted career expo designed to connect employers with YSU upperclassmen student-athletes from a wide range of academic disciplines.

⚠️ Important: This is not a public event. Registration is open to employers only. Attendance is limited exclusively to YSU student-athletes, who will register through the YSU Athletic Department.

Employer Booth Registration

• Booth Fee: $150 per employer

• Booth Space: Limited to approximately 40 employers

• What’s Included:

  • Access to more than 200 YSU upperclassman student-athletes

  • Table and two chairs provided

  • Electricity available

  • Snacks and beverages during the Career Expo (2:00–4:00 p.m.)

  • Invitation to the on-campus Networking Reception (4:30–6:00 p.m.) with student-athletes, employers, and YSU staff

  • Free parking in the M-81 Lot near Stambaugh Stadium

  • Employers who register by March 1 will receive a list of participating student-athletes and resumes in advance

Of the $150 booth fee, $100 will be reimbursed to YSU to support event-related costs.

Student-Athlete Attendance

• No cost to attend

• No registration through the Chamber

• Registration and attendance coordinated directly by the YSU Athletic Department
