Jesse Baughman has more than 32 years of experience in the fire service and currently serves as a Fire Life Safety Educator Level II with the Ohio State Fire Marshal's Office, Fire Prevention Bureau. He also serves as Fire Chief of the Edinburg Township Fire Department and has spent more than 15 years as a Level I and II Fire Instructor at the Mahoning County Career and Technical Center, where he has helped train future firefighters. His extensive experience in fire prevention, emergency response, and public education makes him a trusted resource on workplace fire safety.

During his presentation, "Fire!!! Oh, Wait, Not Another Drill," Jesse will discuss the importance of conducting regular fire drills in the workplace and how they can save lives during an emergency. Attendees will learn the four essential components of an effective fire escape plan, practical strategies for developing and practicing successful workplace fire drills, and the three major benefits of routine evacuation exercises. Jesse will also demonstrate why fire preparedness extends beyond the workplace, offering guidance that participants can apply to improve fire safety in their homes.
