The Regional Chamber will host its second annual “Intern Day” Thursday, July 9, 2026, at the Daniel L. Rossi Auditorium in Mill Creek MetroPark’s beautiful Fellows Riverside Gardens.

If your company plans to employ college interns this summer, we want to know about it!

We want to engage with these young adults and showcase the exciting opportunities that our region offers -- all in the hopes of keeping them here in the Mahoning Valley after they graduate.

This fun and educational day will allow interns to network and bond, build local connections and learn about the quality of life, career opportunities and affordability here in our Mahoning Valley.

College students from any university working as paid or unpaid summer interns at Regional Chamber member organizations are welcome to attend the event free of charge. We just ask employers to encourage intern participation by allowing them to spend the work day with us and, if they are paid interns, to receive their regular wages for the day.
