For more than a decade, the Harvey Awards have stood as one of the Columbiana Area Chamber’s most respected honors — shining a spotlight on leaders who not only succeed in business, but invest in the growth, vitality and prosperity of the City of Columbiana.

The Columbiana Area Chamber is honored to welcome Crestview High School graduate Adam Hickman, Ph.D., a globally recognized leadership strategist, author and organizational development executive whose work bridges behavioral science and practical leadership. As vice president of organizational and employee development for Partners Federal Credit Union, serving The Walt Disney Company, he helps shape leadership development within one of the world’s most complex and recognizable organizations. Previously with Gallup, Hickman advised Fortune 500 leaders and presented at conferences globally.
