Brett Ponton was appointed chief executive officer of Servpro Industries, LLC, in October 2023. He brings nearly three decades of experience delivering profitable growth, including 20 years at distributed service organizations and as CEO in adjacent sectors at both public and privately owned franchise enterprises. He recently served as president and CEO, North America, of Rentokil Initial following its 2022 acquisition of Terminix, at which he served as CEO.

Oviatt serves as chief investment officer and senior vice president for First National Bank’s Wealth Management segment, which is comprised of First National Trust Company (FNTC) and its wholly owned subsidiaries, First National Investment Services Company, LLC and F.N.B. Investment Advisors, Inc. He oversees FNTC’s investment strategies and portfolio management and, as part of his overarching commitment to manage risk and build and protect client wealth, ensures compliance with applicable regulations.

Joining F.N.B. Corporation in May 2025, Oviatt has more than 25 years of financial services experience. His previous roles include serving as director of Investment Management for Huntington National Bank and president of Zions Capital Advisors at Zions Bancorporation. Oviatt earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Mount Union College.

Celebrate our Valley Champion

A family medicine physician with MetroHealth for nearly three decades, Christine Alexander-Rager, M.D., was named president and CEO of The MetroHealth System in October 2024. Before becoming MetroHealth’s top executive, she served as its interim chief physician and clinical executive, charged with leading the health system’s clinical enterprise.

A native of Youngstown, Dr. Alexander-Rager earned her medical degree at The Ohio State University College of Medicine & Public Health. She completed her residency in family medicine at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, as well as fellowships in family medicine and obstetrics and academic medicine at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center’s St. Margaret and Mercy hospitals, respectively.
