Please mark your calendars to join us for the Chamber’s Annual Meeting, our signature annual opportunity to celebrate the past year’s progress, recognize the leaders and partners helping move the region forward and highlight the work of the Regional Chamber throughout the year.

During the event, the Chamber will present the Valley Champion Award, honoring an individual whose influence and service have made a lasting impact on the Mahoning Valley. The Chamber will also recognize two outstanding business leaders with the Spirit of the Valley Award and the Spirit of the Chamber Award.

The Annual Meeting will feature Jan Bryson, Valley Champion Award recipient. Bryson, who grew up on Youngstown’s East Side, shattered gender and racial barriers as Chairwoman and Founder of BenchMark Management, an Atlanta-based engineering and construction services firm. With more than 20 years of experience in government affairs, she has advanced minority inclusion across federal, state and local governments. Her leadership has helped companies associated with her exceed minority participation goals and build equitable business relationships.

Bryson is also the co-founder of WICERS (Women in Construction, Engineering and Related Services) and has been recognized by the Conference of Minority Transportation Officials with the Women Who Move the Nation Award.
