Lou Colella, partner and managing director, JFS Wealth Advisors
Colella is a CPA, CFP, Personal Financial Specialist and Certified Exit Planning Advisor with nearly four decades of finance experience. He leads the Business Growth and Transitions team at JFS, helping business owners grow enterprise value and prepare for successful transitions and succession planning. He also has led the value growth and successful exits of several businesses in which he was an owner or partner and serves as president of the Mahoning/Shenango Valley and Pittsburgh EPI chapters.

Reilly Berk, president and CEO of Berk Enterprises
Berk is the third-generation leader of Berk Enterprises, a Warren-based national supplier of food service disposables and concession packaging founded by her grandfather in 1946. She became CEO in 2022, added president in 2024 and became the company’s majority owner, leading Berk as a Certified Woman-Owned Business. The company serves more than 3,000 customers nationally and continues expanding its footprint across the country.

Ray Leach, president of The O.H.I.O. Fund
Leach is the founding CEO of JumpStart Inc., which he led for nearly 20 years into one of the nation’s top venture development organizations. He co-founded four startups, began his career at IBM, earned a Sloan Fellowship at MIT and was a founding member of the U.S. Commerce Department’s National Advisory Council on Innovation and Entrepreneurship. He now co-leads The O.H.I.O. Fund, an evergreen fund investing in Ohio startups, real estate and infrastructure.

Brian Coulter, shareholder, Roetzel & Andress
Coulter is a business litigator and outside general counsel based in Roetzel & Andress’ Canfield office, advising clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to local family businesses. A graduate of Belmont University and The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, he was recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers and is a graduate of the Ohio State Bar Association Leadership Academy. He also is a former president of Mahoning Valley Young Professionals.
The panel will be moderated by Tim Petrey, CEO of HD Growth Partners.
Petrey is CEO of HD Growth Partners, formerly HD Davis CPAs, a Youngstown-based firm he helped grow from four employees to more than 65 professionals across the U.S. and abroad. A Youngstown State University graduate, he became a partner in 2012 and managing partner in 2015. He also founded White Glove Payroll, which serves more than 800 clients in more than 40 states.
The MVYP 25 Under 35 Awards honors rising leaders under the age of 35 who are driving innovation, shaping their industries and giving back to their communities.
The evening will feature a formal awards presentation, cocktail reception and dinner, bringing together emerging leaders, business leaders and community advocates to celebrate the accomplishments of the next generation.
